Did your Warranty Administrator leave? Having issues finding the right Professional to replace them?

KWS provides Temporary warranty claims processing until replacement is found 14 days to 60 days contracts available and training provided for that new hire.

Did your Service Manager or Director of the service department leave, and your warranty schedule has claims that are 60 or 90 days old?

KWS will analyze your overdue warranty claims, and find a solution, and to work with your DPSM to get these difficult claims paid. My philosophy is when you have a problem there is a solution always avoid write offs get as much as possible from the factory and follow manufacture guidelines

Do you have rental bills that are not getting paid and everything you have tried hasn’t worked, the more dealers I speak to don’t even want to give out third party rentals due to the factory not willing to cover your shop overload.

KWS works with a shop overload spread sheet, in which I developed to help dealers in my district to get claims paid. Recognized by DPSM and RPSM for best practices though KMA and a proven method getting these rental bills paid along with timelines to substantiate rental days
